Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. raisins
1/3 c. broken walnuts
1 (8-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg, ground
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar, spices, salt, lemon juice and butter. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is set in center.
Cool.
