Cream Of Broccoli Soup(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. water
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets
    4 c. skim milk
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese (light)
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, cook broccoli in water.
    Bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium; cook 5 minutes.
    Add carrots; cook an additional 4 minutes.
    Do not drain.
