Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. grated sharp cheese
1 box Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing (use dry with seasoning packet added)
1 onion (chopped)
1 small bell pepper (chopped)
1 jar pimento (diced)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
Accent seasoning to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tony Chachere creole seasoning to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
