Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mild sausage, fried and drained
    12 beaten eggs
    4 c. milk
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 slices bread, cubed
    2 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Mix all in a bowl.
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour into and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Bake next morning at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until firm, 30 to 45 minutes.
