Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots or 2 large baby food jars
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Bake cake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
