Sweet Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. popped corn, sifted through so there are no kernels
    2 c. nuts
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    pinch or 2 salt
Preparation
    Mix corn and nuts together.
    Cook sugar, margarine, syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat; then turn down and continue to boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Spread on a cookie sheet and let cool.
