Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 pepper (red or green), chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    pinch of ground cloves
    4 oz. chopped green chilies, drained
    1/4 c. cilantro, minced
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. diced tomatoes
Preparation
    Place onion, pepper and garlic in a 2-quart bowl.
    Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and toss.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve with fresh baked tortilla chips.
