Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 6 lb. chicken breasts
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) creamy French dressing
    1 (6 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
    1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Place chicken in shallow pan, skin side up.
    Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, 2 hours.
    Serve with rice.
