Peanut Butter Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 large egg white
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Beat egg white slightly, just enough to mix.
    Add sugar gradually, mixing after each addition.
    Roll out to 1/8 inch thickness.
    Spread peanut butter all over, going to the edge.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and slice.
    Place slices on platter.
