Fresh Fruit Dessert Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 light flour tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. nonfat cream cheese
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 kiwi fruits, sliced and peeled
    12 strawberries, sliced
    2 peaches, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. blueberries or blackberries
    3 Tbsp. low-sugar preserves (your choice)
Preparation
    In small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth.
    Prick tortillas with fork and place on a baking pan.
    Spray with cooking spray and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes.
    Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture and arrange fruit on top.
    Brush with preserves.
    Serves 4.
