Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large beef brisket
    celery salt
    onion salt
    garlic salt
    liquid smoke (approximately 1/2 bottle)
    barbecue sauce (homemade or bottled)
Preparation
    On both sides of the brisket, sprinkle celery salt, onion salt and garlic salt.
    Place brisket, fat side down, in pan and pour liquid smoke over it.
    Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Next morning, take out of refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for about 1 hour.
    Turn fat side up.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 275\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
    Pour on desired amount of barbecue sauce.
    Cover and bake for 1 more hour.
