Coated Party Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. white chocolate
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1 c. dry roasted salted nuts
2 c. pretzels, broken
6 c. total cereal (choose from Corn Chex, Bran Chex, Cheerios or Wheat Chex)

Preparation

Melt in microwave at 50% power the white chocolate and vegetable oil.
Stir every 3 minutes, until melted.
Combine all other ingredients and pour melted mixture over cereal mixture. Pour onto large piece of wax paper and let cool.
Then break into pieces.
Can be frozen.
