Ingredients

1 qt. small onions
1 sweet red pepper
1 green pepper
1 pt. white vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. water
Preparation

Peel onions (better make this a family project since it's such a dull chore) and cover with boiling water.
Drain.
Then put into ice water to cool and crispen.
Cut red and green peppers into strips.
