Ploughman'S Lunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-inch slice crispy French bread
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese or Stilton cheese
    1 pat of butter (maybe more, if desired)
    1 medium pickled onion (they can be bought in jars)
    Branston pickle relish (can be bought in speciality gourmet shops)
Preparation
    All of the ingredients are per person.
    Serve on 1 large plate.
    Let each person break their own bread and add appropriate amount of items per mouthful.
    Fun to serve.
    Fun to eat.
