Rafus' Cajun Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. roll hot sausage
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. long grain rice
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and sausage in a pan, then drain.
    Pour uncooked rice into a long casserole dish.
    Add ground chuck, sausage and soups, then mix together well.
    Set oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
