Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. water
Preparation

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Cover with corn flake crumbs.
Dip in combined eggs and milk and again in crumbs.
Heat Presto cooker and add shortening; brown chops on both sides.
Add water; close cover.
Place pressure gauge and cook 12 minutes with pressure up.
Let pressure drop at will.
