Old-Fashion Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning (onion and celery salt)
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; remove skins and slice into a large bowl.
    In a medium size bowl, mix the remainder of ingredients.
    Mix well and pour over potatoes; toss and add chopped parsley.
    Serve warm or cold.
    It is best to make ahead of time so all flavors can draw into the potatoes.
