Stuffed Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    low-fat cottage cheese
    green onions
    parsley
    green pepper
    cucumber
    radishes
    cabbage
    lemon juice
    French dressing
    grated peanuts
Preparation
    Scald tomatoes in hot water and then remove thin skins.
    Scoop out center pulp and seeds, reserving all.
    Turn tomatoes upside down to drain.
