Lime Cornish Hens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 Cornish hens
8 oz. pkg. long grain and wild rice stuffing mix (Uncle Ben's original)
1/4 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Thaw hens.
Make stuffing mix.
Spoon into hens.
Mix butter with sugar, lime juice, wine and soy sauce.
Brush hens with sauce.
Place trivet in slow cooker.
Place hens on end, neck down.
Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours.
Brush with soy sauce once during cooking, if possible.
