No-Flip Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cubed cooked ham
    1/4 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    12 crushed soda crackers (scant 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This can be prepared ahead and refrigerated, but allow 10 minutes for baking.
    Double recipe for a 9 x 13-inch pan.
