Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    7 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Set aside.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add milk and beat. Add dry ingredients and beat.
    Add vegetable oil and beat.
    Fold in beaten egg whites. Cook on a hot waffle iron.
    Add hickory nuts before cooking for a special treat.
