Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    2 lb. potatoes, cut in cubes
    1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
    Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated. Empty potatoes into a shallow casserole dish.
    Bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown or tender, at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
