Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. crushed pineapple (juice and all)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream eggs, sugar and cooking oil.
Sift together the flour, soda and salt.
Add pineapple alternately with flour mixture to creamed mixture.
Beat well after each addition, then add vanilla and pecans.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
