Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion together for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine soup and sour cream.
    Stir in carrots, then fold in zucchini and onions.
    Mix butter with stuffing mix.
    Spread half of stuffing mix in bottom of 8 x 13-inch pan.
