Herbed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks celery
    2 medium zucchini
    2 red bell peppers, seeded
    3 to 4 Tbsp. olive oil
    pinch of salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
    4 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives
Preparation
    Slice celery
    on
    the
    diagonal
    into
    pieces
    about
    1 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut
    the zucchini in half lengthwise and then cut into
    1/2-inch slices.
    Remove seeds and membrane from the bell peppers
    and cut into diagonal pieces about 1-inch.
    Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add the celery to stir-fry until barely tender.
    Add zucchini and peppers and stir-fry
    until all
    vegetables
    are crisp-tender.
    Add salt, pepper and oregano.
    Cook
    for
    30
    seconds
    longer.
    Stir in chives.\tServe immediately.
