Spinach Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 lb. grated cheese
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. milk
    1 small onion, grated
    4 egg yolks (save whites)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well, then beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold egg whites into loaf mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 8 servings.
