Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Boil chicken (cut up) for 1 hour until tender.
    Cool and cut up in small, bite-size pieces.
    Spread on bottom of casserole dish (rectangular).
    Mix the chicken soup and sour cream.
    Spread over chicken.
    Crush Ritz crackers, mix with celery seed and spread over soup mixture.
    Sprinkle top with melted margarine.
    Bake about 40 minutes, or until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
