Pecan Ritz Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. pecans
30 Ritz crackers
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. whipped cream
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients and bake in an 8-inch pan for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Drain the pineapple and add to the whipped cream. Serve on top of torte.
For double amount bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
