Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Place in a greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg on top. Set casserole in a pan of water.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 90 minutes.
    Serves 8.
