Grilled Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops (1 1/2-inches thick)
    Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Place the thick pork chops in a glass baking dish in a single layer.
    Sprinkle each chop generously with Creole seasoning (only on the side that is up in the dish).
    Cover tightly with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
    Place on grill.
    Cook until done, turning only once.
    Do not overcook or they will be too dry.
