Lemon Snow Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour or 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks, well beaten
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Sift together the first 3 ingredients.
    Blend together the egg yolks, lemon juice, milk and lemon rind.
    Combine liquid with dry ingredients; beat until mixed.
    Fold in the egg whites, stiffly beaten.
    Pour into greased casserole and place in pan of hot water.
    Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold.
