Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cook, crumble and drain sausage.
    Butter bread and cut into cubes.
    Place cubed bread in a large greased casserole dish. Sprinkle sausage and shredded Longhorn cheese over bread.
    Combine eggs, half and half, salt and mustard.
    Beat well.
    Pour over sausage.
    Chill for 8 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 6.
