Skinny Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage head, cut up
    1 (2 qt.) V-8 juice or vegetable juice
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    no-salt (sodium)
    pepper (as much as you like)
    garlic
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Eat 3 times a day. In 3 days you could lose up to 5 to 10 pounds. Results may vary.
