Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 slices bread, broken into pieces
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Grease a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Add eggs and beat with a fork.
    Mix in sugar and flour until well-blended with eggs.
    Add pineapple, stirring well.
    Place bread pieces on top of casserole dish.
    Slice butter into pats on top of casserole.
    Cover.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or longer.
    Serve as a side dish with chicken or ham.
