Peanut Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/4 c. white Karo
1/4 c. canned milk
2 c. peanuts (raw)

Preparation

Mix together sugar, water and syrup and bring to a boil.
Add peanuts.
Cook to 265\u00b0.
Remove from heat and add milk.
Stir until dull.
Add a little red cake coloring for color.
Drop on wax paper.
Make any size you wish.
