Earthquake Cake #1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded coconut
8 oz. chopped pecans
German or Swiss chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter, softened
Preparation

Follow directions on cake mix box.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Cover bottom of pan with coconut and spread with nuts.
Pour prepared cake mix over top.
Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar, spoon over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Place on larger pan for serving.
