Tuna Bake For Twelve - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. medium noodles (6 c.)
    8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3 c. milk
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans chicken gravy
    2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and broken into chunks
    1/4 c. chopped canned pimiento
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 oz. process American cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    Add 2 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup milk.
    In saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons butter.
    Blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Add 3 cups milk.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in gravy, tuna, pimiento and noodles.
    Spread in a 13 1/2 x 8 3/4 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter; toss with crumbs and cheese.
    Sprinkle on casserole.
    Bake until heated through, 10 minutes.
    Serves 12.
