Sage Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. green tea leaves
    1/2 tsp. minced, fresh sage
    2 tsp. minced, fresh mint
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. boiling water
    lemon sliced
Preparation
    In an Earthenware teapot, place tea leaves, sage, mint and sugar.
    Stir until sugar is well blended.
    Pour in boiling water. Stir again.
    Cover and brew 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve in tea glasses with lemon on side.
    Makes 4 to 5 teacups
