Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. bread flour
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
Preparation
    Add butter to water; heat until butter melts.
    Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until ball forms in center of pan. Remove from fire and let stand 5 minutes.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after adding each egg.
    Mixture should be very stiff.
    Makes 8 large puffs, 18 small ones or 36 hors d'oeuvre size.
    Shape on buttered cookie sheet by dropping from spoon. Bake until free from beads of moisture (40 to 45 minutes) in moderately hot oven, 375\u00b0.
    Fill with whipped cream.
