"Leftovers" Monday'S Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 c. cubed leftover beef roast
    1 c. cubed leftover potatoes
    1 c. cubed carrots
    1 (No. 1) can peas
    1 c. gravy
    4 slices dry bread, cubed
Preparation
    Brown celery, onion and green pepper in hot fat.
    Add and combine meat, potatoes, carrots and peas.
    Add gravy and season to taste.
    Pour into casserole; top with bread cubes browned in butter.
    Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
