Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening, very soft
    about 7 to 7 1/2 c. flour, at least 1/2 whole wheat
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients well; use rotary beater.
    Stir in flour.
    Cover with damp cloth; let rise until double.
    Punch down; let rise again.
    Divide into rolls.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
