Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. beef stock or water
    3 carrots, diced
    1 c. fresh string beans
    1 turnip, diced
    1 parsnip, diced
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 onions, diced
    1 c. peas
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bring stock or water to a boil in large soup kettle.
    Add vegetables, tomato soup and seasoning.
    Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Serve with crackers.
    Serves 6.
