Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. skim milk
    1/2 c. rice
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. half and half
    raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Boil skim milk and rice for one hour, then add beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla and half and half.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add raisins if desired.
