Hot Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can sliced pineapple
    1 medium can peach halves
    1 jar apple rings
    1 medium can pear halves
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sherry
    1 medium can apricot halves
Preparation
    Drain fruits.
    Cut pineapple and peaches in half.
    Arrange fruit in layers in a large, deep casserole dish.
    In top of a double boiler, cook other ingredients until smooth and thickened. Pour over fruit.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Before serving, heat until bubbly hot.
    Serves 12 to 14.
