Scrumptious Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 slightly beaten eggs
4 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg.
Beat this into the eggs. Stir in rhubarb.
Put this in a pie shell.
Dot this with butter or margarine, then add a lattice top crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Check and put foil around the edge of crust if it gets too dark.
Cool before serving.
