Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. salmon fillets
    2 medium red onions
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Prepare charcoal fire.
    Cut 2 pounds of salmon fillets into 6 pieces of equal thickness.
    Slice 2 red onions about 3/8-inch thick crosswise.
    Mix 1/4 cup light olive oil with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
    Salt and pepper the onion slices, brush with oil mixture and put on grill in a place where heat is low.
    Grill onions for 5 minutes.
    Turn; grill for 5 minutes.
    Salt and pepper salmon fillets.
    Brush them with oil mixture.
    Put them on grill over medium-hot fire; grill for 3 minutes.
    Turn; grill for 3 minutes, until firm and springy when pressed with finger.
    Serve salmon and onions.
