Arabian Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. uncooked long grain white rice
    2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. pine nuts
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 (10.5 oz.) cans condensed beef broth
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a large skillet, melt butter.
    Add rice and pine nuts. Fry, stirring constantly, until rice and nuts are golden, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    If too moist, uncover for last 5 minutes of cooking.
