Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. lard
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in lard. Add vinegar and cold water to beaten egg.
    Add to rest of ingredients.
    Form 4 balls.
    No matter how this dough is rolled or handled, it will still be a flaky dough.
