Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix chopped nuts and coconut together.
Spread in bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on package. Pour over nuts and coconut. Do not spread; just let it spread itself.
Combine rest of ingredients and drop by teaspoon on batter, using all the filling.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. As it cools, top will indent to look like an \"earthquake.\"
