Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini, unpeeled
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend oil, sugar and eggs, then add remainder of ingredients. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Pour into pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
